Great deals on Dells

As promised, here a great example of what you can get from Dell if you play it right. If you have the technical sophistication to make this work (i.e. installing your own OS) then this deal simply can't be beat. A monster machine, for $394.
This deal from yesterday and this one from last week (both now expired) are other nice examples that included LCD monitors.
Note these usually expire quick, so if you see a good deal you want, hook it up ASAP.
Looks like 2.8Ghz is the sweet spot CPU speed FWIW.
"Final price is $424 - $100 rebate = $298 + tax w/ free shipping."
Huh? Did someone change the math rules again? But wait, I bet there's fine print...

Hehe... yeah that deal has an extra $25 it knocks off, but he doesn't make that clear with the math in that sentence.
