I need to hire a Photoshop whiz for 1 hour

I need a Photoshop (of Fireworks or whatever) trick done that I just can't figure out how to do.
You'll start with a color photo.
Then do some color-reduction/sepia/posterization magic to it.
Here's an example:
Take a look at the upper background photo.
Then take a look at the lower right photo (the "original").
I've got a color photo, and I need that done to it.
I think that may in fact be an actual drawing?
I just need something aproximating that affect. Doesn't have to be exactly that, but in the same vein would work.
Anyone capable? (Or do you know anyone?)

The second image is a crosshatch drawing by hand that was made brought into Photoshop and made into a single spot color (Duotone: E0E0BE, in this case) If you look at the angle of the image and the technique of the drawing vs. the orig. photo, you'll find thay are different. What you can do to immitate this it to take your new image, make it greyscale, push your levels as much as you want them to go, thus giving it an over-exposed, B&W effect. You can also play around with some filters (Photocopy, Crosshatch, etc.), in addition, until you gain the desired look. Then, change the file type from greyscale to a duotone, finally choosing your desired spot color.
Hopefully this is of some help to you. Good luck.

Good info Dave -- thanks for the insight.
I've played with it as you describe above, and I think this may in fact be impossible. :) That's a pretty complex yet clean drawing and my original is very detailed, methinks I better think of a different idea.
Thanks again.

Have you tried the Graphic Pen filter? It works reasonably well, but (as is the case with most filters) you need to start with a fairly hi-res image for it to work.
