IE6 and IE7 Running on a Single Machine

Finally a passable solution from Microsoft for doing this. It's not great, but it's passable.
VPC 2004 (Virtual PC) is (recently) free software from Microsoft. The IEBlog folks are offering a VPC image that includes XP SP2 + IE6. So, you can run IE7 locally, and IE6 on a VPC for testing. It's time bombed for April 1, 2007 which is far too soon, but they hint at offering more later. "We hope to continue to provide these images in the future as a service to web developers." I'm guessing they had to time bomb it to get around some corporate red tape, and good for them for pushing this out.
